Sesshin 5/31 - 6/1/2024

We sat together Friday evening and all day Saturday in sesshin as May turned to June. It was wonderful to welcome several first time participants. This most recent sesshin also included our first oryoki meal as a sangha since 2019. The students of the spring practice period class were able to rely on each other and the others present for guidance as we practiced this way together, most of us for the first time. We would like to extend our gratitude to those who prepared the food. If you are curious about what it’s like to sit sesshin please ask those who participated how it may have supported their practice. Our next opportunity to sit together for an extended period will be the first weekend in August. Details will be shared in Sangha News as the time draws near.
