Half-day Sit / Zazenkai

Saturday May 2, 7:30am - 12pm

In this zazenkai (literally "day gathering for meditation") we will focus on intensive sitting meditation and silent practice. Our simple schedule offers a stable atmosphere of stillness and devotion; this morning service will include a recitation of the ancestral lineages – honoring the people who have shared their wisdom through generations. This zazenkai is open for full-time or part-time participation.

The fee is $15 or what you can comfortably afford to pay.

Please register online here or contact the coordinator, Beverly.
