Registration Open for Fall Class Series - The Expressions of the Boundless Heart

Registration is now open for the fall class series offered by Head Teacher Rev Gene Bush - The Expressions of the Boundless Heart.

Classes will be held in-person only on Sundays September 6, September 27, and October 4 from 1:30-3pm All are welcome to attend. Registration is required. Fee is $15 per class ($45 for the series) or whatever you can comfortably afford to pay.

Sept 6: Fitness for posture – Equanimity

Sept 27: Mindfulness in activity – Empathetic Joy

Oct 4: Present moment awareness in conversation – Compassion and Loving Kindness

For the first class, please plan to bring one one-gallon water bottle with a handle and one one-quart/one-liter bottle, and one towel or cloth that you will be able to tie around their waist.
