Invitation - Fall Events Coordinators Needed

We have a busy calendar! These scheduled events need coordinators. A coordinator’s job is to make note of people who sign up, communicate with Gene about enrollment and zendo roles, communicate with participants about the details of the event, collect fees, and communicate with Treasurer Kelly.

Events:

• Zazenkai (day-sit) Nov 1/ 2 (click here for a brief overview of the responsibilities of a sesshin coordinator)

• Rohatsu sesshin, Dec 12-14 including oryoki meals (click here for a brief overview of the responsibilities of a sesshin coordinator)
