2026 AZG Member / Friend Forms Open

Please renew your Friend or Member status with AZG for 2026.

Renewal for each calendar year is a requirement at AZG to stay active within our organization housekeeping system. Please visit our Membership page here and click the button to fill out the Member and Friend form for 2026. Paper forms will soon be available at 740 Park Ave as well.

Our Membership page includes definitions of Members and Friends to help those signing up for the first time understand the difference. There is a single form for both Members and Friends, with a question asking you to specify which category you would like to join. If you would like to sign up for the first time as a Member/Friend in December 2025, you will be included for the remainder of 2025 and signed up for the 2026 calendar year.

In the new year, the continuation of pledging financial support and/or volunteer time will be vital in sustaining Forest Heart Temple. If you find refuge in any form at Forest Heart Temple, please give what you can as a gift to yourself and to each other, and to allow the Temple to be here for the next generation. AZG continues to not require any pledge amount and volunteering is also not required. The practice opportunities offered at AZG in 2026 will reflect what fits within the staffing and budget of the community.
