WELCOME
We practice in the Soto Zen tradition of Buddhism. Our purpose is to provide a place for seated meditation, or zazen, and the study of the Buddha’s teachings. We emphasize applying our practice to everyday life, with a focus on social and environmental justice. We work to assure that all people who come to practice here are seen and heard, respected and included. Our offerings include a daily meditation schedule, classes and other events. We look forward to meeting you.
